The first session of the IHBIR Technical Training Program was held

As Istanbul Cereals, Pulses, Edible Oil, and Products Exporters’ Association (İHBİR), we conducted the ‘2023 İHBİR Technical Training Program’ in collaboration with Yıldız Technical University. The training program included a session on ‘Basic Statistics and Food Technology Applications,’ which commenced with an opening speech by our İHBİR Board Chairman, Kazım Taycı. Following this, there were presentations and training sessions delivered by Prof. Dr. Osman Sağdıç, Prof. Dr. Nevzat Konar, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Said Toker and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlyas Atalar. The Training Program received significant interest from the participants, and certificates were presented to them at the end of the program.
