The Third Session of the İHBİR Technical Training Program Has Been Conducted

As the Istanbul Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters’ Association (İHBİR), the third training session under the ‘2023 İHBİR Technical Training Program,’ organized in collaboration with Yıldız Technical University, took place. The training focused on ‘Optimization and Design of Experiments (DOE) Approach in Food Technology: Response Surface and Mixture Design Methods (Application),’ and was conducted by Prof. Dr. Nevzat Konar and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlyas Atalar. The training, which received intense interest from participants, concluded with the delivery of certificates to the attendees.
